Lymph Node Release Technique differs from Vodder/Chickly as we are not focusing on surface lymphatics but instead on the clusters of lymph nodes that filter the fluid from these vessels.

Lymphatic drainage is sometimes called ‘massage’ because it involves hand movements in your body but it is very different. A gentle therapeutic and rhythmic massage that stimulates the lymph flow around the body. This helps to flush out the water excess and toxins, aiding for a general well-being.
More and more research is being done but won’t reach the medical community for another 5-10 years. This is why I’m extremely excited to be able to bring to you science based knowledge and empower you with hands on experience to give to you the ability to be on the cutting edge of one of the most important systems in our bodies, the Lymphatic System!

How It Works
The lymphatic system is part of immune system and it is very superficial. Composed by veins and lymph nodes strategically localized, the lymphatic system is responsible for collecting and draining metabolic waste, toxins and water excess. By stimulating the lymph nodes and pushing the lymph toward the heart, it will go back inside the blood stream, filtered by kidneys and flushed out through urination. In this process, water intake is essential.
This treatment is suitable for anyone aiming to improve wellbeing whether you have just had surgery, are pregnant, at postnatal, been injured, bloated, constipated, facing hormonal mismatch such as menopause, PMT, hashimoto’s disease, lymphedema or simply wants to feel lighter, thinner, flatter, smoother or relaxed.
